A Rare Ingredient That Just Makes Sense
Le Noble is distinguished by the addition of oilcake, a little-known ingredient derived from the pressing of sunflower seeds, which contributes to the circular economy. High in fibre and richly flavoured, it’s milled with care in Quebec, just like our wholemeal flour used as the base in our recipe. Together, these flours—GMO-free, like all our ingredients—reflect our desire to offer a tasty and healthy bread that respects the land and highlights its local roots.
